Excellent Together is an exciting research collaboration between Corali and dance duo Thick & Tight.
Excellent Together is when two dancers come together to exchange ideas and practice. One dancer is from Corali and one with dancer is from Thick & Tight's networks. The idea was inspired by Corali dancer Bethan Kendrick’s desire to work with dance artist Julie Cunningham after seeing them perform live. So, we had to make that happen!
Throughout lockdown the dancers continued to work together by sharing dance videos, stories, drawings and even posting cornflower seeds to one another.
We are planning for the pairings to come back to the studio together in March 2021. Watch this space!
So we decided we had to make it happen!
