Join us at Lambeth Town Hall for a journey through social dance

Lambeth Council and Corali, in collaboration with Extant, are delighted to present a new project celebrating the borough’s rich social dance heritage. 

The project reimagines Lambeth Town Hall as a living, breathing cultural space by transforming it into the setting for a participatory performance. By exploring social dance as a powerful expression of community, creativity and shared joy, Corali dancers will lead audiences on a journey of music, memory and movement through some of the Town Hall’s most remarkable rooms, including the Mayor’s Suite and the Council Chamber. Expect a flavour of styles ranging from silent-disco–inspired moments to tea-dance nostalgia, house-party energy and joyful social dancing. 

All performances will be creatively audio-described.
