Firstly, you need to have an interest in dance and performance. You don’t need to have technical training, but you do need to want to perform.

Corali looks for performers who are open to try new ideas and like making solo and group performance and dance. We would like you to understand that Corali is a professional company that expects commitment from its members. We usually meet once a week on a Wednesday at Oval House Theatre in Oval. We make one big performance per year, which requires you to be available for a full six weeks in the lead up to performances in addition to regular rehearsals throughout the year. We ask you to respect and like working with others.

What You Can Expect from Us
Corali believes very much in the professional and personal development of its members. We will be open to your ideas and make you feel part of a team. We also pay you for being in our performances. We recognize that you are an individual with specific needs and interests and we will encourage you to feed in to the development of the company and artistic work. Above all we want to make your time with Corali fun, rewarding and challenging.
