Training
Corali offer bespoke training for groups of people with and without learning disabilities. Corali design a training package based on its own methodologies to suit the needs of the group. For example, Corali has led training sessions on: team building, workshop facilitation skills, and multi-media approaches to dance.

The Company has led this training at Tate Modern and Sadler's Wells Theatre and also for staff at Bexley Centre for Music and Drama and for day care services in Lambeth.

Professional Development
Professional Development is extremely important to Corali and it offers its dancers ongoing professional development in the form of skills based workshops. Since 2008 Corali has also been supporting its dancers gain professional experience in the form of placements away from the Company. Corali has recently supported its dancer, DJ undertake a placement with 3 professional dance companies. The Company also offer its staff and tutors continuing professional development opportunities, for example iweb training with Lambeth City Learning and makaton training from Whippersnappers Theatre Company.
