Artistic Director
Sarah Archdeacon

Sarah studied Theatre at Dartington College of Arts. She joined Corali as a volunteer in 1991 and became artistic director in 1993. She has directed all the company works since then. Alongside her work with Corali she is also a long time member of Birmingham based Stans Café theatre.

Donovan Flynn - choreographer

Donovan has collaborated on the following Corali Shows: Solos (2003), Slither & Slice (2004), Looped (2005) - a double bill featuring Kissed & Refrain, and supported the re-working of The Shed Show. Donovan studied Drama at Hull University, has a Masters in Performing Arts from Middlesex University, and spent two years researching choreography at The Amsterdam School for New Dance Development (SNDO). He has worked as a writer, performer, director and dramaturg.
Daniel Weaver - composer

Daniel has extensive experience as a solo performer and composer for dance and theatre companies, including Clare Russ, Echo Echo and IOU Theatre. He has composed works for Corali since 2000 and his continued input is invaluable to the ongoing development of the company.

Housni Omar Shah (DJ)

A workshop leader with Corali who specializes in street dance. DJ is a fantastic asset to Corali and always does everything with a smile, bringing a great sense of fun.
Bridget Chew
Bridget Chew trained in theatre design at Central St. Martins. She worked as a freelance designer before becoming Corali's education officer for 6 years. She currently works as a studio manager for a visual artist and continues to freelance as an dance educationalist.
Tanja Mangalanayagam
Studied dance and choreography at the London Contemporary Dance School, graduating in 1997, also holds an MA (Dance Studies) from University of Surrey. Has worked freelance for Corali since April 2003. Apart from working with Corali, also runs creative dance projects for young people, homeless people and visually impaired people. Other experiences within dance includes dance for camera work, in 2002-2003 she was the Jerwood dance for camera trainee working on the BBC2 dance for camera series and has since worked as a camera assistant on a number of dance film productions. Also works freelance as a lecturer at the London Studio Centre.
Francesca McCoid
Francesca graduated from Laban in 2003, and has worked with
various dance company's in administrative and educational roles, including
Shobana Jeyasingh dance company and Dance UK. Francesca also runs her
own dance company, Eggbox dance; performances have included Edinburgh
fringe festival 2003 and Resolution! 2005. Project Manager
Philip Channells

Philip has a strong awareness of disability dance culture both in the UK and Australia and is committed in continuing to develop a professional practice that is inspired by and includes collaborating with people from all walks of life.

Bethan works 1 day per month in the office, and is also a performer with Corali.
